Service Areas
With two functional modalities, we offer services in person at various court reporting centers throughout the province of Ontario. In addition, we have affiliations in other provinces, with locations across Canada and the USA that can be utilized for a moderate charge. Alternatively, we can deliver services virtually from our head office located in the Toronto business district on Bay Street. Our building is ideally situated next to the Bay subway station in the upscale Yorkville area, between Cumberland Terrace and Bloor Street, for in-person meetings.
During our 31 years of practice, we have had the opportunity to deliver services and utilize the facilities of many court reporting services in the Toronto, Windsor, and Ottawa corridor, as well as hotels in areas where no such facilities existed, including Thunder Bay, Muskoka, and Parry Sound, among others.
In addition to in-person services, we offer a range of electronic formats for providing resolution services. Even prior to the recent advent of video technology, we offered telephone mediation and arbitration services for parties in different locations, including Canada, the USA, New Zealand, the UK, and China. With respect to providing resolution services by video, we have successfully conducted matters using Zoom, Skype, Microsoft Teams, and other platforms.
